@@LordVincentRedstar 👍it happened when I did a double jab, and it recoil faster! So on my next time I just did the side to side movement and no more blam!😂 Have not tried w cross yet, but I think if I did a right I would think move head off to right? haven't been in a gym in some time.

@@FrodeFalch nice - I always get confused because people skip the muay thai videos I post then comment on the boxing videos usually about muay thai 😅 I think muay thai isn’t as popular as people pretend it is - or not like it was in 2006-2016 or something
